The Church Must Take a Stand on Abuse

Like Peter Finch in the Academy Award-winning 1976 film “Network,” I feel like sticking my head out the window and screaming, “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!”

I feel angry, hurt, betrayed and frustrated with the news of official cover-ups and the complete mishandling of sex-abusing priests reported in the Boston Archdiocese and elsewhere in the country.
